Women navigating menopause will soon have a new resource to turn to, as the “Hot Flashes and Cool Conversations: The Menopause Chronicles” tour kicks off in Chicago on Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025. The event, hosted by the Hot Flashes and Cool Conversations Foundation, PUSH 365 Event Group LLC, and The S.K.O.O.P., Inc., will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Visions Odeum, located at 11901 S. Loomis St, Chicago.
The tour aims to provide comprehensive support and education for women experiencing menopause, creating an open dialogue around a topic often shrouded in silence. Attendees will have access to a distinguished panel of experts, including gynecologists, nutritionists, dermatologists, fitness professionals, therapists, and wellness coaches, all offering valuable insights into managing the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of menopause.
Beyond expert discussions, the event will feature on-site vendors, interactive games, shopping opportunities, and networking sessions. The goal is not just to educate but to cultivate a sense of community among women experiencing similar transitions in life.
“This tour is about more than just menopause—it’s about community, resilience, and embracing this transformative stage of life with confidence,” said Tanya Bennett, founder of the Hot Flashes and Cool Conversations Foundation. “By providing women with a space to learn from experts and connect with others who are on the same journey, we’re helping to break down the stigma and open up honest conversations around menopause.”
Following the Chicago launch, the tour will make stops in Atlanta, Houston, and other major cities, ensuring that this vital conversation reaches women nationwide.
